Improving on last year’s position, Hydrogen Mem-Tech is ranked number 10 on Great Place to Work’s list of Norwegian companies with 10 to 49 employees.

The Great Place to Work certification is recognised as a global authority on workplace culture and acknowledges employers for creating exceptional employee experiences.

Every year, the Norwegian branch of Great Place to Work Norge puts on a great award ceremony when they publish their ranking of the best Norwegian workplaces.

Hydrogen Mem-Tech is now ranked number 10 on the list of companies with 10 to 49 employees, up three spots from last year’s ranking.

Hydrogen Mem-Tech offers meaningful work for a low-emission future

«We are proud of the technology we have developed and the part we play in building a more sustainable, low-emission future. Taking on complex challenges in technology and sustainability is meaningful work, and it gives our employees the chance to truly make a difference. Receiving this Top 10 ranking is a great recognition for us — a globally acknowledged confirmation of the employee experience we strive to offer», says Helene Møller Rørvik, Business Support Director at Hydrogen Mem-Tech.

«As a technology-driven scale-up, we know the value of bringing together people with different professional backgrounds, knowledge and expertise. It's when these diverse perspectives meet in our daily work that true innovation happens», says Møller Rørvik.

The Great Place to Work certification process consists of conducting employee surveys and filling out a brief workforce questionnaire. The certification, based on employee feedback and independent analysis, serves as a benchmark for job seekers to identify companies with a genuinely great company culture.
